About The Rose Inn

Run by Dawn Hopkins & Carl Newell

Don’t drink ordinary, drink EXTRAORDINARY!

What are we about?  We’re about drinking EXTRAORDINARY!  On our bar no 2 weeks are the same, our range changes constantly to encompass the amazing amount of innovative and creative breweries in this country and overseas.  You won’t see beers that you can see in any pub on any corner, we take time to choose the best beers available. We don’t put on ‘fillers’ or put on beers just to keep the numbers up, less is more for us and we make sure every beer is served in perfect condition.

And yes, it IS meant to look like that!  Most of the breweries we source from use unfined beer which means their beer is suitable for vegans and vegetarians, and is quite often ‘hazy’ – in fact the hazier the beer the more we love it!

If you would like information on any of the beers or help to choose please do not hesitate to ask a member of staff and you are more than welcome to a taster!
